Payment and delivery
When you have payed for your order with a credit card we will ship all packages with The Swedish Post (distributed weekdays under postal own terms) and with UPS to the rest of the world. Swedish customers can also pre-pay to our bankgiro. If you want to use this service please contact us at office@luckyellen.com.
All prices shown on the website in SEK are inclusive of Swedish VAT. (20% of the price shown, corresponding to tax rate of 25%). For residents outside of Sweden you will see that the prices are without VAT.
We ship worldwideFor smaller orders the shipping cost to an address in Sweden is 39 SEK. The shipping cost within the EU and to Norway and Switzerland is 140 SEK
For shipments outside EU, please note that the prices mentioned on the website are excluding Swedish VAT and that the shipping rate are NOT inclusive of any customs, import duties or taxes that could be levid when the package reaches your destination country. If you for any reason want to return the goods Lucky Ellen can not give a refund of any customs, import duties or taxes paid outside of EU.
Delivery timeNormal delivery time is 1-5 business days (depends on country). Due to customs countries outside of EU have longer delivery time. We always do our outmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Lucky Ellen offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. Should it happen that our stock list is out of date, we will ask you by e-mail whether you wish to wait for the product to arrive in stock, change, or cancel your order.
Order confirmationWhen we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation per e-mail with information about your order. Please save your order confirmation as a reference when contacting Customer service.
Declined itemsWe will charge €20 if you at delivery refuse to sign for the ordered package or if it's not picked up at the pick-up point.
Damage during transportAll packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us at +46-8-xxxxxx or office@luckyellen.com
Return policy
You may return an item within 14 days from delivery and either exchange the item, get a voucher with the same value as the returned item or get a full refund. Please note that the item must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it.
During sale periods we don´t offer open purchase just the right do exchange products.
In case of returning or exchanging items you will have to pay for all shipping costs. If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Lucky Ellen, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it. If you for any reason want to return the goods Lucky Ellen can not give a refund of any customs, import duties or taxes paid outside of EU.
How to return or exchange itemsIf you want to return an item:

3. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit the account you assigned in the return form.
If you want to exchange an item1. Please always contact custom service on office@luckyellen.com if you want to exchange an item, to make sure the new item is reserved for you. If you don't, you risk that the item you want is out of stock before we can register the exchange.
2. Send the item back to us, together with the return form. You will have to pay shipping costs for returns. The address is:

4. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will send you the new item. If the new item has a higher cost you will have to pay the difference cash on delivery (or with credit card). If the new item is at lower cost, we will credit the difference to your account that you assigned in the return form.
Processing of returns of faulty goodsIn case of disputes, Swedish law is applicable. See further at www.konsumentverket.se

2. After you have contacted Customer Service, please fill in the return form that you find here.
3. Ship the faulty item back to us together with the return form. Also include a receipt of the shipment cost so we can reimburse you for that as well. The address is:

4. When we receive the item and have approved the return/defect, we will credit the account you appointed in the return form.
In a case of exchange or return you will be responsible for the item during transport/shipping.
Security
Secure pagesAll web pages where you as a customer leave personal information in connection with a transaction are, what is called, secure pages (encrypted transfer of information). Lucky Ellen is using certificates issued by
Verisign. The certificate guarantees that you are communicating with our web site, luckyellen.com, and that the transfer of information is encrypted. Most web browsers use symbols to show that you are visiting a non-secure/secure web page. These symbols are visible in the lower left or right corner of the screen.
Personal detailsAccording to law, we must ask you to agree to that we handle your personal details. All details that you leave with us, or which we are given when you register for a purchase or visit our homepage, will be handled by Lucky Ellen.
The information given will only be used by Lucky Ellen in order to fulfill our undertakings and informing you of offers that will appeal to you, at the time of purchase. Lucky Ellen will use this information internally for marketing purposes but will not let a third party use your personal details for marketing without your consent.
You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted.
Force majeureIf Lucky Ellen fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Lucky Ellen can not be held responsible.
MiscellaneousAll merchandise remains in the property of Lucky Ellen until full payment is received.
All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Lucky Ellen has the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
Do not send any pre-payments. We are not responsible for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent via mail. We only accept VISA or Master Card or pre-payment directly to our bank
Lucky Ellen reserves the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy.
All prices are listed in Swedish crones and all prices include VAT (25%). The price listed on the Lucky Ellen website at the purchase time is the price applicable. Price increases and changes in the range can happen without warning.
